About 2 years ago a group of friends got together and made some video because they wanted to know how their videos skills were and what it was like creating a video. Brett, Matthew, and Jacob made a couple of videos and saw that it was fun making videos and having people watch them, so they decided to create a site! All three friends went back in forth about what to name this site - yellow paws - black thorns - summercity inc. - dingovideo. When it came down to their final 2 names it was SUMMERCITY INC. or DINGOVIDEO! They took about 1 hour to decide what name they should use. At first they went with SUMMERCITY INC. but then they thought that it was a good name but it isn't always summer and our videos wouldn't really be about summer and we need something with the word video in it! So the three friends went with the name DINGOVIDEO! While they were making a video some of their friends Mario, Mark, Brandon, Kevin decided to join in on the fun of making videos and downloading them on to a site that they would run all together! Their first video they made together was whipped creamed on season 1. That video came out to be a big hit on DV and on youtube! The crew all together went through 2 seasons and in season 2 they got more advanced with their technology in making videos by using movie makers and editors! After that they upgraded their studio with strobe lights, disco balls, and stage lights along with a better microphone system! Now the crew is in season 3 and more advanced then ever and they want to keep on getting better in making videos when the seasons go on! The crew plans on going to 6 seasons but if they are a big hit they plan on going up to 10 seasons!
